Helena, get ready to move, connect, and be inspired!  Girls Thrive Empowerment Week is bringing strength, confidence, and community to Helena on a grand scale. On November 1-7, 2026, we will team up with local businesses and organizations to fill the community with opportunities for everyone to move, learn, connect, try something new, and build each other up. 

Enjoy weekly specials, including 10% off merchandise and classes at Omerta Arts and a special Girls Thrive ice cream flavor at Big Dipper. Girls can also participate in a free sports bra fitting on November 3, and Girls Thrive girls and coaches can attend the WAFT Film Tour for free on November 7th (be sure to reserve a ticket here).
